At Civil Regime, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Credit

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
